Q: What's new at World Health?

A: We've recently combined two great brands--CLUB FIT and World Health Club--to strengthen the leading fitness brand in Alberta. With 26 years of experience improving thousands of lives, the new World Health continues its fitness leadership with 19 convenient clubs in Calgary and Edmonton, and growing!

Q: Why did you combine the two brands?

A: The combination of these two fitness leaders offers our members even more services, features, programs and, most importantly, value.

Q: What does this mean for new and current members?

A: It means you now have access to 19 of the finest fitness facilities, all conveniently located throughout Edmonton and Calgary. It also means that you get expert guidance and support from the fitness industry's best trained--and friendliest--people, all of whom are ready to help you achieve your goals and experience your best. And for the former CLUB FIT members in Edmonton, it means that you now have opportunities to access five new clubs and hundreds more group exercise classes.

Q: I belonged to CLUB FIT. What happens now?

A: Welcome to more convenience, more services, more classes, and an even stronger commitment to your fitness goals! Starting January 4th you'll be directed to a special kiosk at your club of enrollment to pick up your new World Health scan card…. and a gift!  Otherwise, continue to enjoy our world-class personal training, friendliest staff, ever-improving facilities and most convenient locations in Alberta.

Q: Will you continue to expand your locations?

A: Yes. The new World Health is strengthening its commitment to expanding and improving its facilities so all of our members have more opportunities to experience their best. Stay tuned for further announcements about the opening of new state-of-the-art World Health fitness facilities.

Q: What are some of the new services and features I can look for at World Health?

A:  You are probably already aware of our world-class personal training program, featuring the most credentialed staff in the business. Look for improved service and more opportunities to have a voice in how we take care of your needs. And, you can expect new and exciting ways that we'll encourage you to participate in our dynamic community, and as always, enjoy the friendliest staff around! It's all about creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members, so they can experience their best fitness results. And, have fun, too!

Q: If I'm a current member, do I have to sign another contract?

A: No. All you need to do is bring your current membership card to the front desk and our friendly and helpful staff will assist you in obtaining your new World Health credentials. It will take about 30 seconds.  It's that easy.

Q: What about new reciprocal privileges?

A: Depending on the type of membership you have, expanded access to more of our facilities could be available to you.  Check with a Member Service Representative at the front desk or give us a call for more information.

Q: I want to join. Do I have to sign a contract?

A: World Health makes the entire process easy and transparent. With flexible plans, exciting new referral programs, gift cards and more, it's easy and rewarding to join World Health today. Our friendly staff is here to answer any questions about our hassle-free policies, and help you get started at one of our many convenient locations.
