StepUP is a simple, athletic workout with high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning into high gear. Not for the faint hearted, StepUP is a great cardio workout that will get you back on your step and right into shape!

Revs

REVS & REVS Plus
A stationary cycling class that combines rhythmic control training with popular athletic drills! This dynamic workout uses rhythmic training as active aerobic recovery drills, while capitalizing on the intensity of athletic performance drills. This interval-style workout provides the foundations to establish the appropriate workload and recovery periods related to heart rate training. REVS is a 45-minute workout; REVS Plus is a 60-minute workout.

BREATHE

Feel the power of a workout that's not too Technical. Athletic cardio and strength conditioning incorporated into individual stations placed in a circular pattern around the studio. Participants will travel from one station to the other throughout the class to get a total body workout. Don't forget the opportunity to unleash the boxer within at the focus pads station. Cardio-based Programs

HI/LO
This combination cardio allows both high and low impact enthusiasts to get involved. A safe, effective, and fun warm-up flows into a high-energy cardiovascular workout. Experience dynamic combinations of hi/lo impact choreography and innovative resistance conditioning that promise results.

STEP
This technical program is geared toward trained steppers to become even more proficient. Proper stepping technique, multi-level and progressive step patterns (for 20 minutes) followed by moderate step movements with the use of hand weights, all play an integral role in a workout that will satisfy the intermediate or advanced student.

STEP MIX
Adding a little mix to your favorite step class, mix it up with HI/LO, low impact, muscle work, ball exercises, cardiojam, cardiokick, and more. All followed by core and a well-deserved stretch.

AWESOME CORE
Among other important areas of physical fitness; balance, stability, agility, and core strength are critical in the development of a total functional fitness regime. A completely unique and multi-dimensional training program that strengthens the core (abdominals and back) to support your spine as well as create a foundation to assist in the overall strength of the entire body.

CORE & MORE
Learn new ways to target thighs, buns, and abdominals using constant and variable resistance. Maximize safety and muscle fiber recruitment while minimizing joint stress and emphasizing correct execution and mechanics. Learn the most effective exercises for the lower body, analyzed through body position, alignment, range of motion, and exercise sequencing.

Cardio & Muscle Combination Workouts

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Balance is the key to exercise success. This class combines resistance training with high-intensity cardio intervals. The steps are simple, but high intensity. Alternatives to each movement are demonstrated by the instructor allowing you to regulate your workout to meet your individual needs and abilities. May or may not use the step in the cardio component.

CRT (Circuit)
This a 60-minute athletic cardio and strength conditioning class, held on the main weight floor, will challenge all fitness levels.

Using only a Fitball and light hand weights, we will target every major muscle-group in the body, with special attention to the core!

Fast, fun, and energized...all cardio workout using the step and/or high/low impact choreography!

F.I.T. MUSCLE
Hit every muscle group in this half-hour, load 'em up workout.

F.I.T. REVS
Short, sweet, and sweaty...all cardio...to the max in thirty minutes.

F.I.T. ABSolution
FIT ABSolution is a 30-minute program that challenges your functional movement within your core.

A group exercise class on the treadmill.  This non-impact cardio workout allows you to control your speed and incline while maximizing your time.
