A registered program is similar to a Group Exercise program in
that you are training with a group of people. The real difference
lies in the progression of a class. Our Group exercise programs are
pre-choreographed, and set so all fitness levels can attend. For
example, a spin class, you adjust the intensity by adjusting the
tension. You control the workout. In a Force class, you adjust the
weights you use.
Our registered programs will push you a bit more. If you are
looking for a progressive workout, this may be a good option for
you. Each week, the intensity of the program will change. This will
elicit a training response, and ensure that you are constantly
moving forward.
If you feel you have plateaued, or need a new challenge, this
may be a good option for you.
All of our programs run on a monthly calendar, and we have
flexible payment plans should you choose to enrol in a multi month
program.
All registered programs are open to both members and non members.
Space is limited and will be offered on a first come basis.
