This co-ed boxing boot camp combines resistance training,
plyometrics, and boxing skills in one class to bring you the
highest levels of intensity around. You will learn how to properly
throw a punch using your core and develop overall body conditioning
that is known to the boxing community. This class is for anyone who
is interested in improving their overall endurance or for those who
are looking to lose that stubborn last few pounds. This class
guarantees to be a knockout.
