Originating in Russia, Kettlebell training focuses on full body,
functional movements to build strength, power and endurance. Our
certified instructors will teach you fundamentals and progress to
more challenging moves to take your fitness level to new heights.
Train 2 or 3 times per week.
Enroll in a 3,6,9 or 12 month program and save! All programs are
