Use the new TRX Suspension System to get a full body workout. Train under the supervision of our qualified Personal Trainers. Focus is on functional movements that incorporate core activation in all movements. Train 2 or 3 times per week. Enroll in a 3,6,9 or 12 month program and save! All programs are 1 month in length.
