We offer a variety of programs and class times to make your fitness experience fun, convenient, and easy to get involved.

Bootcamp
This dynamic program will push your fitness to the next level. Focus on "military" style drills without the drill sergeant. Our instructors will push you, but the focus is always on FUN.

TRX Suspension Training
Our TRX stations will have you working on full body exercises with gravity as your resistance. Focus on building a strong core and overall body strength in this fun, progressive class.

Kettlebell Training
A time-tested and proven method of training. Kettlebells will enhance your overall strength, mobility, and endurance. Our certified coaches will ensure you focus on proper form to get the best results.

Sport Performance
Whether you are a recreational athlete, mounting a comeback, or an elite athlete who is serious about winning, our Sport Performance coaches have the program for you. We offer introductory-through-advanced programs that will work on your speed, agility, quickness, power, strength, and endurance. Ask about our large team programs.

Mind Body
Our instructors offer a variety of YOGA and PILATES programs that will progress each week to take your mind and body to new levels.

Dance
We offer a variety of dance programs that cater to all ages and abilities. We offer ballet, hip-hop or jazz inspired programs. We have classes for kids to adults.

Running Programs
Looking to run your first 5K or marathon? Our running coaches will guide you through the journey with a progressive, periodized program.
